is freshly roasted in copenhagen by Nordhavn coffee roasters, which we personally visit to choose always the best beans. The coffee come straight from the origins or through fair supply chains and with their roasting skills, we can extract a juicy cup filled with flavors. together we have created elis coffee blend, which combined our 2 favorite origins (guji-ethiopia) and (pluma hidalgo-mexico). The fruitiness from Ethiopia is complemented by the nutty and chocolate side of Mexico, creating a rich and complex cup. it is organic and very likeable
