"It all began randomly after many years of experience and service as chef, icecream producer and barista. I was in a stage where I wanted something new, and in 2018 when the destiny wanted me to meet my first coffee van. By the looking of it, probably the handcraft work and the quality machines. it all happened so quick. Since than, I love riding it. With my passion for coffee and my barista skills it was the perfect match And of course with some of my Italian touch".
Now, Elis is creating more branches, expanding the street sell with more carts and complementing the concept with other delicacies cooming soon.
